5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery times

Shipments are managed through the company SEUR, GLS or CORREOS EXPRESS. Delivery times are from 1 to 3 business days to all destinations.

To calculate the delivery time of our shipments, you must take into account that orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will begin to be prepared the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 p.m., Saturday or Sunday are prepared and will go out on Monday.

In special periods, promotions or sales, exceptionally, delivery times may be affected.

Orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona, ​​so city holidays will affect delivery times.

In the event that, due to an exceptional case, we do not have any product in the order, we will inform you of this situation and we will refund the proportional part of it.

5.2. Shipping cost

Shipping costs vary depending on the place of delivery, for different areas and are automatically calculated at checkout.
